How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform field diagnosis, maintenance, and repair on residential plumbing and drain systems.
• Communicate options clearly to customers to build trust and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete assigned service calls and installation jobs safely, efficiently, and up to code standards.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team leadership to streamline daily job scheduling and productivity.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation of job details, customer notes, and work completion.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, positive customer engagement, and a commitment to ongoing coaching.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Genuine commitment to customer service, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong desire to learn, follow process, and operate productively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to manage tools, lift equipment, and operate in varying residential service settings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of experience in residential service plumbing, drain cleaning, or plumbing installations.
• Active plumbing licensure or non-licensed experience approaching full independent call capacity.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction, clear job documentation, and quality craftsmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $75.00 based on experience and trade level.
