- Residential rough/renovation projects

- Licensed Plumber in Massachusetts
- Someone who actually knows what they’re doing
- Can work independently without needing hourly pep talks
- Shows up on time (wild concept, we know)
- Has a sense of humor and thick skin

- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber
- 5 years of experience in residential plumbing preferred
- Strong skills in both new construction and renovation projects
- Ability to work efficiently, follow plans, and troubleshoot effectively
- Clear communication, reliability, and a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
