How You Will Make An Impact
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational workflows, office staff productivity, and field logistics schedules.
- Manage high-level financial performance metrics, review comprehensive P&L reports, and handle corporate accounts receivable duties.
- Enforce rigid operational standards, company procedures, and professional compliance parameters across all personnel.
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing field operations team committed to exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate strategic operational objectives clearly to maintain alignment with national franchise headquarters goals.
- Drive continuous business growth by executing performance-focused strategies and resolving systemic operational bottlenecks.
- Minimum of 3 years of preferred leadership experience directly managing operational workflows and personnel.
- Proven experience executing financial management tasks, including P&L oversight and accounts receivable tracking.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and procedural enforcement in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer background, including experience with the microsoft suite, google suite, and CRM software.
- Prior management experience operating within an exteriors, landscaping, or mechanical service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and optimize logistics within a high-growth business model.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing operational tech packages, inventory scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
- Hourly pay cycle with competitive rates, as well as performance-based bonuses, commission, and profit sharing options available.
