Doctor Dredge LLC is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, growth-minded Operations & Growth Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our expanding construction company.
This is not a traditional office role.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in systems, software, and problem-solving — someone who wants to take ownership of daily operations, improve workflows, support accounting functions, strengthen company infrastructure, and play a direct role in scaling the business.
You will work closely with leadership, support sales operations, manage internal systems, oversee compliance tracking, and help implement improvements that move the company forward.

What You’ll OwnOperations & Systems Management:
Manage and organize incoming leads from website and third-party platforms
Enter, track, and maintain data within CRM and project management systems
Utilize platforms such as Monday.com, Podium, and other internal tools
Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements
Assist leadership in implementing operational upgrades
Accounting & Administrative Support:Perform bookkeeping and administrative accounting functions in QuickBooks
Support invoicing, tracking, and financial record organization
Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready files
Assist with budgeting and cost tracking processes
Compliance & Documentation:Maintain DOT compliance records and tracking systems
Assist with regulatory documentation and renewals
Ensure accurate, up-to-date administrative compliance records
Growth & Infrastructure Support:Assist with strengthening company processes and internal organization
Support online presence and light social media coordination
Help improve internal communication systems
Participate in planning and operational discussions
Assist leadership with office logistics and potential relocation coordination as the company grows
3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, office coordination, or business support
Extremely comfortable with software platforms and learning new systems quickly
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable suggesting improvements and taking initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to grow into increased responsibility as the company expands
Preferred But Not Required:Bachelor’s degree
Experience in construction or trade-related industries
Experience implementing new systems or process improvements
Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $28.00, based on experience
