Key Responsibilities
- Assist with New Construction scheduling and coordination.
- Call in permits and inspections, ensuring accurate communication to field teams.
- Collaborate with builders and field supervisors to align on schedules and expectations.
- Manage warranty scheduling and communication to ensure timely resolutions.
- Assist in processing subcontractor payments and communicating expectations.
- Check builder portals for updates and maintain relevant project documentation.
- Enter pull sheets and coordinate with Purchasing on material needs.
- Handle extra purchase orders and billable warranty entries, ensuring proper communication.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the Coordinator or Vice President.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling, permits, or inspections in a construction or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including builders, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and builder portals is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
