How You Will Make An Impact
- Supervise and lead masonry crews on commercial job sites to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Interpret complex blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to maintain precision in masonry installations.
- Coordinate daily job activities and production schedules to meet strict project timelines.
- Execute project documentation and reporting through Procore to ensure seamless communication with management.
- Train and mentor crew members to foster a culture of professional growth and teamwork.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety standards to maintain a secure and professional job-site environment.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial masonry field.
- Proven ability to read and understand complex blueprints and construction plans.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Procore for project management and communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
