The Opportunity

How You Will Make an Impact

• Construct durable retaining walls and custom paver or stone patios to specifications.
• Execute precise plant identification and professional garden bed installations across diverse properties.
• Operate heavy field machinery and hand tools safely to prepare project sites efficiently.
• Demonstrate absolute reliability and consistency to ensure daily project timelines are met.
• Collaborate closely with field operations teams to deliver seamless exterior installations on site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of reliability and consistency in a demanding outdoor field environment.
• Demonstrated experience in professional plant identification, bed installation, or hardscaping.
• Practical ability to build structurally sound retaining walls and functional stone patios.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of related work experience in professional landscaping and hardscaping.
• Prior experience working specifically within residential and commercial exterior installations.
• Strong team collaboration skills and familiarity with diverse site preparation techniques.
