How You Will Make An Impact
- Assist with the physical execution of landscape installation and maintenance projects to ensure professional results.
- Transport and organize landscaping materials and tools to maintain a highly efficient work site.
- Execute the precise planting of trees, shrubs, and sod to help create vibrant outdoor environments.
- Dig trenches and support the installation of critical irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Operate essential equipment including trimmers, blowers, and lawn tools to achieve a clean, polished finish.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site by removing debris and following all company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with crew leaders and technicians to complete daily project goals on time.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to reliability, attendance, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at job sites or base locations.
- Willingness to learn new landscaping techniques and follow specific project instructions.
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general outdoor labor.
- Familiarity with basic landscaping tools or residential irrigation equipment.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of plant care or irrigation system layout.
