Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
• Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands-on experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks for 8 hours per day.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to the shop.
• Strong desire to grow in the construction industry and take on more responsibilities over time.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
• No licenses or certifications required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40–45 hours/week
• Very limited Saturdays

• Based out of our shop with projects within a 1-hour driving radius
