Key Responsibilities
- Install and bend rigid conduit according to project specifications.
- Install and support cable tray systems for industrial electrical distribution.
- Perform control wiring and electrical terminations.
- Work with and assist in installing Motor Control Centers (MCCs).
- Install, maintain, and support industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and field crews to meet project timelines.
- Perform general industrial electrical installation tasks as required.
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work areas on the job site.
- Minimum 6 years of industrial electrical experience required.
- Journeyman-level industrial electrical knowledge and field experience.
- Journeyman license not required.
- Strong experience with rigid conduit bending.
- Experience installing cable tray systems and performing terminations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Experience working with Motor Control Centers (MCCs) preferred.
- OSHA 10 Certification required (completed within the last 5 years).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred to support job site communication.
- Reliable transportation to the project site.
- Competitive hourly pay: $28–$30 per hour
