HVAC Installer

• Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $27 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus.

• Execute the installation of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment, to ensure peak performance.
• Apply technical diagrams and blueprints to guide precise equipment placement and system configuration.
• Maintain strict adherence to local building codes and manufacturer specifications on every project.
• Utilize digital measurement tools to verify system airflow and pressure for high-efficiency outcomes.
• Coordinate with field operations team members to maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate project progress and technical details clearly to customers to ensure a premium service experience.
• Engage in ongoing manufacturer and safety training to stay ahead of evolving HVAC technologies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation with a focus on residential systems.
• Possession of a valid EPA Certification and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Proven understanding of residential installation best practices and airflow mechanics.

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation with a focus on residential systems.
• Experience with light commercial installation projects.
• History of participating in formal manufacturer-specific training programs.
