- Assist skilled tradespeople with commercial self-storage assembly and maintenance tasks.
- Load, unload, and stage construction materials efficiently to support project timelines.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools in strict accordance with site safety protocols.
- Execute routine property maintenance and structural upgrades under direct team supervision.
- Maintain equipment and safety gear to ensure optimal performance on every assignment.
