How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute on-site consultations with homeowners to assess exterior needs and provide accurate project estimates.
- Convert inbound leads through rapid response and diligent follow-up using CRM systems to maximize closing rates.
- Cultivate long-term referral partnerships with realtors, HOAs, and property managers to ensure a consistent project pipeline.
- Upsell complementary exterior services, including siding, gutters, and windows, to increase total project value.
- Represent the company values of accountability and quality craftsmanship during community networking and industry events.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoffs and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value residential contracts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills necessary for field-based business development.
- Self-motivated and organized approach to maintaining accurate records within a CRM environment.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally throughout the King George area.
- Previous sales experience specifically within the construction, roofing, or home services industries.
- Demonstrated success in building referral pipelines through insurance agents or property managers.
- Advanced knowledge of residential exterior systems including roofing, siding, and windows.
- Competitive $45,000 annual base salary plus uncapped 5–8% commission.
- $600 monthly vehicle allowance provided to support field-based sales activities.
