How You Will Make An Impact
- Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently according to manufacturer specifications.
- Interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints to ensure precise equipment placement and wiring.
- Work primarily with retrofitting existing HVAC equipment and duct systems.
- Deliver exceptional client service by clearly explaining system operations and addressing homeowner inquiries on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve immediate installation challenges to maintain project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to optimize daily workflows and maintain accurate service records.
- Minimum of 5 years of verified experience as a residential HVAC installer.
- Proven formal certification or dedicated training in HVAC system installation.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and structural layouts.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel up to 20% outside a 30-mile radius.
- Valid Section 608 Universal EPA Certification.
- A2L Certifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning and heating units across all major residential manufacturing brands.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20.00 to $30.00 based on experience.
