Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the estimating team to bid assigned commercial glazing projects.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including detailed scope drawings.
- Attend project walkthroughs and descope meetings as needed.
- Generate kickoff packages for projects that have been awarded.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive repeat business.
- Contribute to refining systems and improving the efficiency of proposal processes.
- Minimum 1 year of estimating experience required (5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of NYC building codes.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Highly organized and motivated with a relationship-building mindset.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
