Job Overview
Exterior Associates Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Lead - Window & Door Installations to join our Field Operations team. In this working leadership role, you'll install residential doors and windows as well as managing a small crew and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. We're looking for someone who can learn our systems quickly and execute with consistency, care, and speed - without sacrificing the finished product.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew on residential door and window installations
- Train, coach, and supervise junior field staff
- Perform precise installations with an emphasis on quality and finish
- Review job packets to ensure materials and tasks are correct
- Complete and return accurate paperwork daily, including customer signatures and measurement forms
- Maintain and stock work truck with proper tools and materials
- Ensure correct use of shims, caulk, insulation, trim, and coil stock
- Handle and maintain installation tools; report and replace broken tools or worn parts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction, specifically residential windows and doors preferred
- Proven ability to manage crews and independently lead job sites
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to produce high-quality work quickly
- Strong understanding of materials such as caulk, coil stock, and trim
- Must be able to read job documents and follow specifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation
- No certifications required
- Must be able to pass a background check
