Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a personal sales quota of $1.25M annually with a minimum 30% closing ratio
- Conduct 6-8 sales calls per week, focusing on one-call closes where possible
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with at least 30% self-generated leads
- Build relationships with homeowners, identify roofing issues, and present solutions based on WeatherXT™
- Perform on-site inspections to assess risks and collect accurate project data
- Collaborate with production teams by defining detailed scopes of work and communicating all customer expectations
- Maintain all data and customer records within company CRM
- Attend weekly sales training sessions and team meetings
- Participate in sales contests and travel-based performance bonuses
Qualifications
- 5 years of outside sales experience preferred (construction or home improvement a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills
- Ability to follow structured sales systems and adhere to CRM requirements
- Knowledge of Idaho/Wyoming climate-specific roofing needs (ice, wind, storm damage)
- Must be comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays to meet homeowners' availability
- Valid driver's license required

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with availability between 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Saturday work is encouraged but not mandatory

- Travel required within territory; company covers hotel and vehicle costs for work-related trips
