- Perform high quality concrete finishing to meet strict specifications
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, brace, and strip formwork
- Read and follow blueprints and layout instructions
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with Superintendents and operators to hit production goals
- Monitor concrete during pours to ensure strength and consistency
- Experience in concrete form setting and finishing preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor conditions
- Physically capable of handling demanding labor on active job sites
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating heavy equipment or concrete tools
- Familiarity with substation or bridge construction environments
- Knowledge of job site safety practices
