How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute the installation and repair of commercial single ply roofing systems in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship to ensure every project meets the company's "no-shortcut" quality guarantee.
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site to provide project updates and ensure a professional service experience.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA standards, fall protection, and proper lift operation to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Lead by example in the field by maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude and a "take charge" approach to daily tasks.
- Document project progress and report site conditions to field operations leadership to ensure timely project completion.
- Extensive experience specifically within commercial single ply roofing systems and flat roof repairs.
- 5 years of work experience in the commercial flat roofing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for direct customer interaction.
- Proven ability to take initiative on job sites and work with a high level of attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable history of professional attendance.
- Physical ability to perform roofing labor and a commitment to following all company safety procedures.
- Experience or training in architectural metal, copperwork, or residential carpentry.
- Prior completion of OSHA safety training or manufacturer-specific installation certifications.
