Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work across residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.
- Install structures and fixtures, including windows, doors, cabinetry, and drywall.
- Lead or collaborate with small crews to ensure project efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- 5 years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial settings preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and construction drawings.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or lead a crew.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
