Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Manage scheduling, emails, phone calls, and office documentation
- Assist project managers with job site paperwork, billing, and project tracking
- Organize travel and lodging arrangements for crew on travel-based projects
- Handle supply orders, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Track employee certifications, training schedules, and deadlines
- Support payroll preparation and timesheet accuracy
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an orderly and efficient manner
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project updates as requested
- Provide general office support and help foster a fun, productive atmosphere
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital filing systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable learning new software and tools (e.g., timesheet or project management systems)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A team-player mindset with a positive and flexible attitude
- Prior experience in construction, logistics, or a related field is a plus
