Job Overview

Snow Shovel LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and help keep our commercial construction projects on track. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage scheduling, emails, phone calls, and office documentation
  • Assist project managers with job site paperwork, billing, and project tracking
  • Organize travel and lodging arrangements for crew on travel-based projects
  • Handle supply orders, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Track employee certifications, training schedules, and deadlines
  • Support payroll preparation and timesheet accuracy
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project updates as requested
  • Provide general office support and help foster a fun, productive atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital filing systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable learning new software and tools (e.g., timesheet or project management systems)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A team-player mindset with a positive and flexible attitude
  • Prior experience in construction, logistics, or a related field is a plus

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Standard 8-hour workday (flexibility depending on needs)

Based in Montana - in-office with occasional travel support responsibilities
