- Execute complete, code-compliant installations of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.
- Layout and configure complex multi-zone climate control systems and duct designs seamlessly.
- Assemble and commission advanced mini-split systems in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining equipment operations, warranty details, and maintenance guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe installation environment at every job site to uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and office support teams to ensure timely project delivery and job completion reporting.
- Extensive field experience specifically dedicated to high-quality HVAC equipment installation.
- Proven technical competency installing and troubleshooting mini-split systems and advanced zoning systems.
- Demonstrated experience handling both residential and light commercial installation projects safely.
- Strong verbal communication skills required to educate homeowners and property managers on their new equipment.
- 5 years of dedicated professional HVAC installation experience.
- Full professional proficiency in English; bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are a highly valued asset.
