Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
- Utilize welding skills when necessary to repair or modify piping systems or fixtures.
- Conduct pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections and long-lasting results.
- Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and handyman experience to modify existing structures or install new fixtures.
- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols; manage construction site tasks efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC systems that impact plumbing performance and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing, including pipe installation, repair, and remodeling projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of schematics related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
