Primary Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate communication throughout the organization to ensure information flows efficiently and accurately.
- Support multiple team members while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other technology platforms to organize records, schedules, and daily workflow.
- Translate conversations and written documents between English and Spanish to support our growing Hispanic client base.
- Assist with general office operations and administrative projects to help keep the organization running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in the life insurance and/or health insurance industry is required.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work on-site in our Mobile office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Licensing
If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your Alabama Life & Health Insurance License after hire. We will provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
