Join our team as a temporary Addictions Clinicial with strong potential for permanent placement. The goal is to transition into a permanent full-time Union position after completing 3 months of temporary employment. We’re seeking a motivated individual who is dependable, adaptable, and interested in building a long-term career with us.
This position is responsible for facilitating group and individual counseling sessions to individuals on a daily basis over the twelve-month contract period. A total of 14 groups (maximum 10 participants) and 35 individual counseling sessions will be offered each week, providing services to 140 unique individuals each month. Individuals served will also have the option to utilize Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) evidence based self-help program for substance abuse. Service utilization will be documented within required timeframes. Will ensure that documentation and maintenance of information are in compliance with HIPPA standards.

Qualifications:Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Education, Human Services, Counseling Psychology, from an accredited college or university. Two years paid related experience and/or training. The selected candidate must be able to work within a correctional facility. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and over-all computer skills). Completion of the Investigation Application for the Camden County Department of Corrections is required.
