This is an in office role that is located in the Nashville Area, relocation support available.

You would be responsible for motivating your team and holding them accountable, delivering exceptional customer experience, and maintaining profitability at your property.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and motivate your team while holding them highly accountable
- Effectively manage bill-pay, expense control, and full P&L statement
- Manage your maintenance team, coordinating work orders and apartment turns
- Own all aspects of sales management – Traffic Building, New Rentals, and Renewals
- Manage your sales team by selling alongside them
- Master operational systems and processes
- Deliver excellent customer service
