Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, organized, and efficient communicating Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our barn building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, design teams, other project managers and construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple barn construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure all building codes are adhered to throughout construction.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and accounts receivables.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
