- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Convert leads into in-person tours
- Conduct high-energy tours
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Build long-term resident relationships to increase retention
- Execute a structured, proven sales process
- Competitive base pay uncapped monthly commission
