Position Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our luxury communities in Texas. This role is ideal for high-performing leaders who have a proven track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering measurable business growth. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing performance, developing and motivating top talent, and delivering exceptional experiences to residents—all within a culture that prizes accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations and performance of assigned luxury communities.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership and business development strategies.
- Coach, train, and develop top-performing associates with a strong focus on career growth and mentorship.
- Ensure accountability across all aspects of operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Create and sustain a competitive, high-energy environment that motivates associates to consistently exceed expectations.
