The Connecticut Team is hiring a Marketing and Sales Assistant to support our growing telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. No prior industry experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the execution of in-person marketing and sales campaigns
- Represent client brands professionally and engage directly with customers
- Support customer acquisition and account development efforts
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Help track campaign performance and contribute to team goals
- Participate in training focused on sales, marketing, and professional development
Qualifications
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
