The Connecticut Team is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team. We work with telecom and energy clients to support customer acquisition, account growth, and territory management throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career in account management, sales, customer relations, and leadership. No prior account management experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Represent client products and services through in-person interactions
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals
- Learn the fundamentals of territory management and client relations
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing roles is a plus

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000
