Marketing and Sales Assistant (Entry Level)

The Connecticut Team is looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. We specialize in promotional marketing campaigns for leading telecom and energy clients, helping them expand their customer base and strengthen brand awareness through personalized, face-to-face interactions.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. If you're interested in marketing, enjoy working with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in promotional campaigns and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

• Assist with the execution of promotional marketing campaigns for national telecom and energy brands
• Represent clients at promotional events and customer engagement initiatives throughout the greater Hartford area
• Educate prospective customers on products, services, and current promotions
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness efforts through in-person marketing
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights to help optimize marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives and client goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in promotional marketing, sales, and customer engagement
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000, including commission
