Entry Level Brand Representative

The Connecticut Team is looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry Level Brand Representative to help represent our clients through promotional marketing and face-to-face customer engagement. This is an opportunity to build professional experience, strengthen your communication skills, and learn how brands connect with customers in a direct, customer-focused environment.

Our team works on promotional outside sales and marketing campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area. As a Brand Representative, you will introduce products and services, communicate promotional offers, and create positive interactions that help build customer awareness and support client growth.

This is an entry-level position with hands-on training available. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy meeting new people, and want to develop skills they can use throughout their careers.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands during in-person promotional marketing and sales activities.
• Engage directly with customers to introduce products, services, and current offers.
• Explain product features and answer customer questions.
• Build rapport through professional communication and customer service.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives and campaign objectives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and presentation skills.

• Comfort speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
• Interest in marketing, sales, brand representation, or customer relations.
• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, and customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Projected earnings: $600–$1,200 per week.
• Guaranteed training pay: During the first month, you will receive $600 per week or earned commission, whichever amount is higher.
• Benefits: Employer-sponsored benefits are not currently offered.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person position.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM.
