This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Account Representative role located in Wethersfield, CT. The Account Representative will build and maintain client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with tailored solutions, and actively engage in sales activities. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, providing support, and participating in training sessions to develop skills and contribute to the success of the team.
- Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong Customer Service skills ensuring client satisfaction and understanding
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and presenting effectively
- Knowledge or experience in Sales processes, techniques, and strategies
- Capability to participate in and contribute to Training initiatives

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
