Entry-Level SMT / Post-SMT / EMS Assembly & Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) team. This position offers opportunities to work in SMT production, Post-SMT assembly, electronic manufacturing, and warehouse operations. Experience is preferred but not required for most areas, and we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
SMT Operator
- Assist with operation of SMT production equipment.
- Load and verify electronic components.
- Perform basic machine setup and changeovers.
- Monitor production quality and report issues.
- Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Post-SMT / EMS Assembly
- Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations.
- Install hardware, cables, and components according to work instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks.
- Package finished products and prepare for shipment.
- Support rework and repair activities as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality requirements.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
- Pull and stage materials for production.
- Perform inventory counts and material transactions.
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment as authorized.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing.
- SMT experience or SMT machine operation knowledge is highly preferred for SMT positions.
- Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a major plus.
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in multiple departments.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
