Role Description
A Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business administration, finance, accounting, economics required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment industry is required.
The Portfolio Administrator role offers a high degree of visibility both internally and externally, with regular interaction with senior members of the firm and leading investment managers. The administrator role has a meaningful impact on the success of the firm and our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment. The ability to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific databases and Concord’s proprietary reporting system is required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
· Professional verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with senior members of the firm and industry investment managers

· Experience analyzing asset custody reports and reviewing content output for quality control
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Sample of duties performed
The portfolio analyst is responsible for supporting approximately 15-20 client relationships under the supervision of an Investment Consultant.
· Work closely with senior members of the client service team and the research team to facilitate manager transitions and onboarding of new clients
· Monitor existing portfolio assets and review adherence to client’s investment policy statement
· Portfolio rebalancing activities, including maintaining rebalancing spreadsheets, preparing trade documentation and drafting client correspondence
· Data collection and analysis of performance, asset allocation, and cost analysis
· Create quarterly and monthly performance reports
· Stay informed on investment fund and manager developments held in client portfolios and communicate relevant updates internally
· Communicate with investment managers and custodians on client-related activity
