As Product Manager for North America Health Ingredients, you will be responsible for the product portfolio strategy and identifying new business opportunities in the food, beverage and supplements market. This role requires a strong understanding of the functional ingredients market, customer needs, competitive insights, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, profitability, and Doehler’s market share in functional ingredients. This is a full-time role working from our Princeton, NJ office.

- Lead product portfolio lifecycle management, ensuring accurate master data, pricing, stocks and documentation is maintained.
- Own revenue and profitability targets for the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales to position products, create value propositions, and support key customer engagements.
- Develop and deliver impactful capability and product presentations to customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, pricing) to drive pipeline projects.
- Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and recommend portfolio development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities, develop campaigns, marketing collateral, and training material.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales in functional ingredients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
