This role supports attorneys in IP litigation by preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and exhibits. Daily tasks include conducting legal research related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related litigation issues, as well as reviewing and managing case documents and evidence. The paralegal will assist with case file maintenance, docketing deadlines, coordinating with clients and third parties, and preparing materials for hearings, depositions, and trial. Qualifications

- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally within intellectual property or complex commercial litigation.
