ABOUT TCA
We're a boutique growth marketing agency with a focus on DTC brands across beauty, wellness, skincare, fragrance, jewelry, and lifestyle. Klaviyo and Shopify are our backbone.
THE ROLE
You'll own growth strategy for DTC retainer clients. That means writing the quarterly plan, presenting it to the founder, and rolling up your sleeves to execute alongside the team. This is a player-coach role — not a slide-deck strategist, not a heads-down executor. You're someone who can think through positioning, channel mix, and KPIs, then go build the welcome flow yourself.
You'll also lead go-to-market launches as we bring on new growth-package clients.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Own 5 client accounts as the strategic lead and primary client contact
- Build quarterly growth plans across email, paid social, organic social, and Shopify
- Lead kickoffs, QBRs, and recurring strategy calls with founders
- Hands-on Klaviyo work — flows, campaigns, segmentation, copy
- Brief the paid, creative, and content teams; review their work; keep it on strategy
- Quarterback go-to-market launches: positioning → channel mix → calendar → KPIs
- Read the numbers, surface what's working, adjust/bring ideas without being asked
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
- 3-5 years in DTC growth marketing (agency in-house experience ideal)
- Hands-on Klaviyo — you've built flows, written campaigns, run sends
- Real generalist range: fluent in paid social, organic, email, and Shopify
- Experience leading a brand through a go-to-market or major relaunch
- Strong client-facing chops — you can run the room with a founder
- Comfortable with numbers and analytics
- You write clearly
- US-based and able to work core EST hours
Nice-to-haves
- Beauty, wellness, jewelry, or fragrance brand experience
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in your workflow
- Shopify backend experience beyond surface-level
- Prior experience working remote on a small, fast-moving team

- You've never actually owned a client outcome
- You go quiet for hours without communicating — remote here means proactive, not invisible
COMP & LOGISTICS
- $65k–$70k base, depending on experience
- Hybrid role - 2-3 days on location or in office
- 3 weeks vacation flex days
- Real ownership of accounts and outcomes from week one
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
