Direct Support Professional (Caregivers) Needed
We are looking for team members to work our 2nd shift (approx. 3-11pm)
Part-time and Full-time positions available Schedules do require at least one weekend day.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills.
What You'll do
- Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individuals' hobbies and interests
- Provide habilitation & documentation
- Follow health & safety protocols
No degree or prior experience required We offer paid training
What You'll need
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle to transport during shift
- Pass all background checks
- Full range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
