Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Warrensburg, MO and surrounding areas
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour 6% increase upon DSP Certification (optional)

Key Responsibilities
- Help people with disabilities in their homes and out in the community.
- Support people with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and getting dressed.
- Help them reach their personal goals and do fun or meaningful activities.
- Follow their care plans and help with behavior or medical needs as trained.
- Keep good notes about what happens during your shift using a computer or phone.
- Give medications after training and follow health rules.
- Treat everyone with respect and help them make their own choices.
- Keep the home safe, clean, and welcoming.
- Drive people to appointments or outings when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Completion of all required training (provided by Abilities, LLC)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn documentation systems
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- Optional DSP Certification: Earn an additional 6% pay increase immediately upon completion

- $600 Total Sign-On Bonus: $100 at 30 days, $200 at 90 days, and $300 at 6 months.
