Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and front desk management
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay
- Supervise staff members, including front desk personnel and housekeeping teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to standards
- Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and budget management
- Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and employee performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, billing, night audit procedures, and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a resort or inn setting
