Role Description
This is an, unpaid Public Policy Internship for Summer 2026. Located in New York, NY, this hybrid role allows remote work flexibility. Interns will assist with research on public policy topics, governmental affairs, and legislative issues. Responsibilities include tracking policy developments, preparing briefing materials, drafting communications, and supporting events that promote civil dialogue and engagement.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Governmental Affairs and Government Relations
- Proficient in Analytical Skills for research and policy evaluation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Legislative Relations and processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid work environment
- Passion for public policy, civic engagement, and fostering democratic dialogue
- Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program such as Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field
