Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fraud Analyst located in Winterville, GA. This position is part of the bank's Deposit Operations Department and is responsible for providing high-quality customer service, assisting clients with debit card disputes, account fraud, balance inquiries and other requests. Daily tasks include clerical duties to support the Deposit Operations Department, such as answering phones, reconciling accounts, handling wires, etc.
Qualifications
- 3 years of previous banking experience is required
- Skills in Personal Banking, handling Deposits, and Opening New Accounts
- Strong understanding of Finance and Banking
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
