Your Day Consists Of
- The working days for this position are Tuesday-Saturday with required in office time Tuesday-Thursday
- Monitoring and analyzing transaction patterns to identify potential losses or fraud.
- Collaborating with stores, Treasury Operations, IT, and Safety & Asset Protection to mitigate risk.
- Managing processes for returned checks, chargebacks, and other high-risk activities.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales accuracy, bad debt, and fraud trends.
- Assisting with training and educational initiatives on chargeback and loss prevention.
- Supporting cross-functional projects that strengthen risk management and fraud detection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, MIS, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for identifying risk and opportunity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and fast-paced priorities without missing details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level)
- A self-starter attitude and strong sense of ownership toward preventing loss
- Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
- Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
