Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Watkinsville, GA, for a Branch Supervisor. The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. Responsibilities include handling escalated customer concerns, supporting team development, and facilitating branch maintenance including alarm systems, elevator and cash handler. Additionally, will assist customers with opening and maintaining accounts, perform teller transactions and provide support to lenders by assisting with loan documentation.
Qualifications
- Four years minimum experience in a financial institution
- Team management and leadership skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Operational knowledge, including familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and financial protocols
