The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team!

This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. Qualifications

Your Skills – Show Us What You Got:

  • 50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250 front door count community
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred
  • Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail
  • Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies
  • Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income
  • Eye for asset management
  • Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community preferred
  • Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence
  • Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences
