- Skill instruction
- Practice planning
- Recruitment
- Opponent scouting
- Travel logistics
- Ensuring compliance with the NCAA DIII rules.
- Responsibilities also encompass:
- Providing feedback to athletes
- Promoting athletics and personal development
- Helping to organize team events and equipment.
