• Monitor and analyze student placement data to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics
• Maintain and update job placement databases and career resources to reflect current market trends

• Stay informed on evolving job market trends, emerging industries, and employer expectations to enhance placement strategies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on career services, human resources, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, career placement, or a related domain
• Established network of industry contacts and employer relationships
• Proficiency in utilizing job placement databases and career management tools
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with students and employers
