  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on career services, human resources, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, career placement, or a related domain

  • Proficiency in utilizing job placement databases and career management tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with students and employers
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team environment
