Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Financial Aid Counselor based in Dallas, TX. The Financial Aid Counselor will support students by providing guidance and information on available financial aid options. Responsibilities include assisting students with financial aid applications, maintaining compliance with federal and institutional policies, and collaborating with the enrollment management team to ensure a seamless financial aid process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Title IV regulations
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse student population
- Experience in Student Financial Aid and understanding of financial aid processes
- Knowledge of Enrollment Management and student support services
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
